Include the "downgrade"/"downgrading" keywords in the documentation so that the documentation (https://help.obsidian.md/early-access#Switch+back+to+public+versions+on+desktop) shows up first in google searches.

Have any context we can refer to?

If you do a Google search for "downgrade Obsidian" there's a number of forum posts that come up.
While some of these include a solution, it's hard to find it.
