How can I hide the obs window from the screenshot - In linux

I have seen several tutorials where a tab is activated to be able to hide OBS when recording a video, but it does not appear, I am on Linux Zorin 18. I don't know if it appears on Windows. but in tutorial videos that I saw that tab appears, I use the flatpak package but I also used more versions and the same problem happens to me in all of them with this problem
