Testing an LSP server in command line

Hello, hope you're doing well !

I'm currently developping an lsp server in ocaml using linol library which using LSP.
My server is actually working particially, it's show me the diagnostics in emacs. I was
wondering if there were a way to test the server in command line or something like that
easier than implement a client to test if our server is working.
