Blog post scraping filtering bugged

Changes introduced in #3118 on only_ocaml blog filtering are bugged.

Thanks to @hannesm's #3263 report, Robur's posts were no longer showing up. #3266 fixed Robur's issue. However, the regression remains.

I am fairly sure that filter was just to check for the word 'ocaml' anywhere in the title or body of the post. That seems pretty reasonable to me–as long as a scraped post mentions 'ocaml' at least once it should get picked up. Did something change there?

Yes, that was my intention when I wrote the filtering code. The idea was post is syndicated if either

• "caml" string occurs as you described
• feed is whitelisted

PR#3118 broke this.

Incidentally, we search for "caml", not for "ocaml", for two reasons: backward compatibility and oxcaml.
