[new release] parsite (0.1.2)

CHANGES:

- Added `fail` and `( =<< )` functions to `PResultM` monad.
- Rewrote some functions to use `fail` and `( =<< )` functions.
- Fixed up docs heavily.
- Changed version scheme to match OCaml style
