Linting failures are superfluous in some contexts. It would be nice to avoid them being displayed.

opam show already have an option already exactly named --no-lint (that of course does the same thing), so this would be for opam install etc. only then

After discussion, #7118 would be nicer. But i'll keep this open until that ticket is fixed

Discussed in dev meeting: The lint is mainly done when a package is installed. When the package is pinned, or upgraded (any update of the opam file), no lint is done. It may worth to add the linting step at pining time instead of install time.
