Feature request: option to use the new AST (for working with ppxlib 0.36)

The AST displayed does not have the field pvb_constraint. And since the format from -dparsetree seems to have some postprocessing for readability, it's not trivial to find out the ASTs for transitioning to ppxlib 0.36...
