[SCIENTIFIC] Lat/Lon locations in global_ports.py should be verified #57

Description

Scientific Accuracy Issue

The default locations for ports in cruiseplan/utils/global_ports.py are likely the city locations rather than the port locations. Should be checked and updated.

Reference Method

Not sure about this, but maybe google or google maps is enough of a reference. :-D

Comparison

Example, port_southampton should probably be at 50.9097° N, 1.4357° W.

Impact Assessment

Not so significant since the transits still go through land rather than around it!

Test Case / Validation Data

Example, port_southampton should probably be at 50.9097° N, 1.4357° W.

Why is this issue so long-winded!

Type of Calculation
