[Bug]: the database_name information is missing when the sql console executes sql

What happened?

When the sql console executes sql, the audit_event table that records user operations is missing the database_name information.

What did you expect to happen?

audit_event table normal record database_name

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

The sql console executes any sql and select the audit_event table
