I love the extension it's pretty smooth and works flawlessly for me. I know it's a long shot but could u add a bit transparency to it or maybe blur either is fine.
Just a transparency slider to adjust nothing else. Don't get me wrong the default looks is okay but I use blur my shell and it looks off with that.
