Plans to drop multimonitor support

currently the behavior of multimonitor support is very inconsistent. Dash is only present in main monitor so we can't achieve a proper dash to dockng transition. I'm completely aware that we can add dash to all monitors but as this extension is designed to be lightweight and closely tide to the dash mechanism I think it is a better move to drop multimonitor support.
