Completely disable overview shown on startup

Currently, on startup, gnome desktop looks like this:

Overview is shown. The reason it behaves like this I think, is to preview dash so that you can open a window on the go.

But dock!ng is also shown by default on startup. IMHO showing dash on startup doesn't make sense anymore. So I propose closing overview on startup.

As far as I remember disabling overview on startup still shows an animation of it hiding, meaning f my proposal is implemented, it will still no show immediately like this:

Instead, it will still show the overview hiding.

I will close this for now. the over view on startup is actually necessary as other functions like search box exist
