Add an Extra group Visibility: fullyHidden #2286

in definition.xml an Extra option to fully 100% hide a pile of card would be nice.
Now why the honk would anyone want that? Well: That would be a good way to store a player's card collection when playing Incremental.
(Incremental games: Both players Start with starter deck + 1 booster pack then get 1 more booster pack after every fights AND can use the cards from before as well to modify their decks)
So in game this pile would not exist BUT in the Deck editor and Limited that would be the spot where all that player's extra cards are stored!
Though that would only work well IF the feature:
Loading a Card pool in Limited should get sorted in the proper deck
is also added.
