Tailor Blueprint conditions: nesting

Have something changed on the code as this does not find any leafs:

What error or result are you seeing? The nest_right = nest_left + 1 condition should work on a fresh query since those columns exist on the entries table directly.

Can you share the SQL query being generated? (Enable query logging or check your debug bar)

Also confirm the nest_left/nest_right columns are populated in your Location entries.

Nested leaf nodes are not displayed in the relation widget, even though they match the conditions parameter.

Database State:

ID: 3 | Title: Region | Left: 1 | Right: 6 | Parent: NULL (parent node)
ID: 1 | Title: City | Left: 2 | Right: 5 | Parent: 3 (parent node)
ID: 4 | Title: Place | Left: 3 | Right: 4 | Parent: 1 (LEAF - nested)
ID: 2 | Title: Demo | Left: 7 | Right: 8 | Parent: NULL (LEAF - top-level)
SQL Query Test:

SELECT * FROM xc_a9e4ad680f494e179f4326c74ee08965c
WHERE nest_right = nest_left + 1
Result: Correctly returns 2 records (Demo and Place)

Observed Behavior:

In the backend event form, only "Demo" (ID: 2) appears in the locations selection
"Place" (ID: 4) does NOT appear, even though it matches the condition

I think I found a solution for this, the nesting logic was removing orphans. So it's been updated to include logic that if a scope or conditions are specified, preserve the orphans since they are explicitly requested from the scope/conditions.

A patch is included in v4.1.16
