ReviewList has no loading state when using server:defer

`ReviewList` is rendered with `server:defer` on the product detail page, but there's no fallback content while it loads. On slower connections the review section is just blank until the deferred response arrives.

We should add a skeleton placeholder — a couple of grey shimmer blocks mimicking the review card layout. Astro supports a `fallback` slot for this.
