build(deps): lock file maintenance (#484)

* build(deps): lock file maintenance

* build: use `@gr2m/fetch-mock` for a patch fix

* test: use `JSON.stringify()` with `toStrictEqual()`

For some reason the objects do not strict equal, yet have the same prototype, same keys & values and stringify to the same value
