I want to create sub issues but I'm not sure how to do it

Hi I want to create a sub issue but cant find a method or client for that. Is it already supported or will it come in future?

Octokit.NET doesn't currently support the recently-ish added sub-issues API.

I started a PR #3057 to attempt to implement the API, but I ran into issues where it looks like the REST API itself isn't even acting as documented. I posted about that here https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/182223#discussioncomment-15655675 and hopefully this post will serve to connect the dots and get some attention drawn to it, because I would love to use the sub-issues API in a current project.
