Current Behavior
game 7413875040 is missing account_id for player with KDA 8/1/9 https://www.opendota.com/matches/7413875040

stratz correctly has his name and id. https://stratz.com/matches/7413875040

please fix the issue with the parser.

name account id should be populated

This appears to be a Steam API data issue where the player in slot 0 is missing account_id info. We don't fill in account_id data from the replay (or Game Coordinator) so that's why it wasn't fixed even after a parse.
