Enhancement: Provide a 'finished' version of the dev projects built by dojo for testing

When users have worked through the dojo, We've seen some issues possibly caused by dependency issues. Sometimes this has been down to using snapshot versions, and could also be discrepancies between public repo versions and ~/.m2. but it would be helpful to have 'final' versions of the same projects that we can at least build (and possibly run) as a sanity check.
