The comment should probably be changed to Impedance: 600ohm as it's easy to confuse Maximum DC Resistance with Impedance as they are both in Ohms.
I would change it and do a pull request but I don't use Microsoft products. Saving it out in .xlsx format from LibreOffice might cause problems.
