White window and zombie is not detected

You need to connect your VirtualBox to your private network, right now it's acting like it is connected through an ethernet cable, (get a wifi doggle) and change your network settings
The name of your wifi doggle will vary.
Another thing to remember is when your zombie is timing out and reconnecting, it means your Anti-Virus is preventing it to connect back to your attacker machine.
