Update rdm_mbw_mr to allow smaller set of run tests #61
Description
Currently the rdm_mbw_mr test runs through a large selection of transfer sizes and types, we should update the script so we can cut the runtime down from 10 minutes. This will allow us to run a subset with CQ's and CNTR'S using different wait_types
