Default log cleaning kills Apache and MySQL #559

Description

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I tried Stacer yesterday. I thought the cleanup option was a good way to clear up any problems before trying to upgrade my Linux Mint to the newer version.
Today I started my computer and could not access my main menu in Firefox which loads from a local Apache site using MysQL.
It seems Stacer has by default deleted folders in /var/log which are required to run Apache and start MySQL.
It may be wise to turn off these defaults for trusting users like myself.

Thanks.
