Make discovery response more generic and extensible #123
Description
In section 6.3 of "The Swedish OpenID Federation Profile", a discovery response is represented as an array of entity identifiers. For extensibility reasons, we should change this to an array of objects where the entity identifier is the only required element. This would make it possible to deliver extra information about discovered entities such as display names and logotypes.
