Write about scopes for client registration #129
Description
In section 6, Client Registration, we should mention the scope parameter that may be used to tell which scopes a client may request. This parameter is not directly mentioned in "OpenID Connect Dynamic Client Registration", but since it is compatible with RFC7591, we can still expect scope to be used.
The reason that this may be interesting is that an OP may want to restrict which scopes that may be used by certain clients.
