Design watched article feed

Problem

We can watch articles, but I think there are no designs currently to see a feed of updates to articles.

We also are wondering where and how this feed should be shown.

For example, should it be shown when the Forkana logo is clicked? Or should it be on a separate page?

Solution

Decide what happens when you click on the Forkana logo when logged in. Still taken to the search page? If so, should we also show a feed on that page in some side panel? If so, how does this look on mobile? And if not, then were exactly should we see a way to get to this feed, and how should the feed page look?

I recommend trying out in both Github and Gitea clicking watch on some repos, and checking out their dashboard and how that's implemented. We need something simple.
