Link "Run your own server" to instructions on how to do that

Problem

The Run your own server links to the Group Income repo, but it would be better if it linked to some instructions on how to do this.

Solution

In the Group Income repo, update the README.md to add instructions on how to run a server.

Then update the link on the Getting Started page to link to this section.
