Support OIDC for Org2Org Application #470

Describe the feature request?
Org2Org supports OIDC and is the recommend approach to do federated identity between Okta Orgs.
https://github.com/okta/okta-sdk-nodejs/blob/master/src/types/generated/models/Org2OrgApplication.d.ts needs to support the fields required for the oidc app such as OPENID_CONNECT for signOnMode and the idpId in settings.app
