Support for Instanseg and ChannelNet

What changes would be needed to allow combined cell and nuclear models such as Instanseg? It's ChannelNet architecture (code) for multiplexed channels in any order would I think be a great addition, also for retraining.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll try to re-implement these models in the next release! Not many big changes will be needed.
