Upgrade `canvas` dependency to 3.x

I kindly ask you to upgrade the canvas dependency to 3.x. We're facing build issues of the pdf-img-convert dependency in a Google Cloud Build environment with Node 22 because the pangocairo dependency is missing, for instance.

canvas 3.x removed some dependencies and should build fine with Node 22. The only breaking change was removing support of older Node versions, so this should probably be done in a new major version of pdf-img-convert.

Try pdf-to-img

Since we were stuck here and other dependencies like pdf-to-img were not working for various reasons, we decided to use the Ghostscript command for PDF conversion. Fortunately, it is preinstalled in the Google Cloud environment.

The underlying pdfjs-dist package have migrate to @napi-rs/canvas, does it require to update the package dependency in this library as well ?

I'm doing a similar project on my side and stumbled upon this issue, I can tell that moving to @napi-rs/canvas was mandatory, the former canvas api is not compatible and it will fail with pdfjs-dist.
