hi,
the output file cleanup job is not created on Linux due to the fact that SQL job steps can run only T-SQL subsystem.
I don't have any suggestion for SQL internal solution for it right now, but ,maybe better remarking somewhere that such a cleanup process should be handled and created via cron or other scheduled tasks on Linux.
