the problem with OpenGL #2

I downloaded the game the other day, when I tried to log in, I got a message that "opengl 3 is required", I searched and found a solution on Steam, however, when I tried to open it via the console, following the required path, it shows that the path is incorrect, I tried reinstalling Microsoft Visual c++, however, this did not give any results, as well as reinstalling the game.
