It did not clean up the temporary diff file.

I am using my custom iflow ACP adapter. When it modifies code, it generates a temporary diff file whose name looks like xxx_diff_<id>. After accepting the changes, it does not delete this temporary file.

I added os.remove to the cleanup function, and it successfully removes the temporary diff file. Is this a bug?
