Disable YOLO mode for cmd_runner

Hi,

I very much like the idea behind yolo mode, but I am reluctant to give the agent no restrictions to execute any bash command, or deleting files. I am quite new to the plugin, so if something like this already exists, please feel free to remove this ticket.

As a user I would like to be able to disable yolo mode entirely on some tools, so that I have more control over the agent. Ideally there is a flag that could be added to the tool config for this. Example:

				tools = {
					["cmd_runner"] = {
						opts = {
							requires_approval = true,
                                                        user_confirmation = true,
                                                        enable_yolo_mode = false,
						},
					},
				},
                      }

The default for the enable flag can be true, so that it does not break existing functionality.

#2474 brought up some similar discussions recently. I plan on having much better "allow always" defaults.

I take your point regarding YOLO mode as well. Very sensible and that too will go on the roadmap.

Great, thanks for the quick reply! Being able to disable some tools completely from the auto_tool_mode would make me feel much more comfortable in the YOLO mode :D
