Add tools to custom prompt context

It would be great if I could add tools to the chat context in the config of a custom prompt, for instance:

strategy: chat
context:
  - type: tool
    name:
      - mcphub
      - sequentialthinking
---

I can do this now by putting @{mcphub} in the ## user section, but would be nice to have them populated outside of the chat.

Honestly, it's more effort for me to build this in than it is for you to just tag the tools and the outcome is the same.
