[Bug] Search in browser create a new tab, but didn't display over other apps.

Describe the bug
Using extension "Custom Web Search" when you enter something you open a new tab, but if you had opened another app, then browser would not get on top other app, it will stay behind. BUT, but, if you have opened settings of Ueli, everything work fine

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install extension "Custom Web Search" and configure it
2. Close settings (important)
3. Open browser and above it any app
4. Ueli and try to search something in google idk
5. You'll see that new tab created, but browser didn't show up on top

Expected behavior
Browser will get on top other apps
