[Bug] Currency conversions are incorrect

Describe the bug
None of the currency conversions show a value that's correct

To Reproduce
Simply look up a common, trustable source for quotations, like yahoo investing or XE Currency Converter for normal currencies, or coingecko for crypto. 90% of them don't match what UELI shows.
From what I've been seeing, it appears it matches the average quotation of the last seven days. For me at least that's not interesting, I want the quotation from today

Expected behavior
It should pick the quotation from the day, instead of whatever else it's doing to arrive at the values it gets.
