Problem with uncle blocks

Hello
I am just testing the miningcore on the ropsten network and I noticed a problem with uncle's blocks.
The first time the uncle's block became an orphan, and the next time the block was duplicated, a record in the database.

Is this some configuration error?

Sometimes the rewards are correct:

After removing duplicates for uncle, the reward is like a full block:

Seems to be the same issue as discussed in #1103 and in issue #1080.
@oliverw maybe reopen the issue #1080?
