LTC pool not coming online with continously "Daemon has downloaded 100,00% of blockchain" message

Hi! Oliver mentioned here #1367 (comment) that some PRs solve this problem but not merged due unit tests failing. Can someone give a link to such PR. Thanks!

I think I found a reason, It's related to getblocktemplate error that you can't see in log
Unable to update job. Daemon responded with: getblocktemplate must be called with the segwit & mweb rule sets (call with {"rules": ["mweb", "segwit"]}) Code -8
