The Miner Performance of SHA256 has seriously decreased.

I have installed this build on 2 separate servers. 1 being a Ubuntu 16.04 and the other being a Ubuntu 20.04. After about thirty minutes the "Utility" number have dropped down to around 5. I have tested this mining AUR and DGB on the SHA256 algorithm. The "Discarded" numbers are 5.6% higher than the "Accepted". I am not sure if this effecting all multihash algorithms, as I have only tested the SHA256. I am including the example of my results, hoping someone would have some ideas on how to fix this.
