[Bug]: Kinda slow library loading

Steps to reproduce

1. Open OpenComic after few days (I think)

Or

1. Open chapter.
2. Read some time. If you open chapter and immediately return to library there is no delay. But after 30 min - there is.
3. Return to library

Expected Behavior

Library opens under 1-2 sec

Actual Behavior

Delay for 4+ secs.
Probably there is some cache time for library because there is almost no delay if you open OpenComic, close and open again.
My cache time is set for 7 days but I've opened OpenComic like 3 or 4 days ago so cache should've been updated.

My setup:
Master folder of manga: 70 gb total size, 52 item on first level, half of them are manhwa that is stored in folder with jpgs, not cbz. Which mean there could be 2gb folder of manhwa with 100-150 chapters and each chapter contains 50+ jpg files.

I can try to record a video if needed.

This is because when OpenComic is opened or when you navigate between folders, it scans the disk for the posters/thumbnails in each folder (Only for the folders visible on screen). This is not cached (Although the generated thumbnails/posters are), and even though these are just file-listing I/O operations, they can be slow on mechanical drives. I've made some changes to cache this as well 01a962b. The first load will still be slow, but after that it will read from the cache.

If you noticed better speed when closing and reopening OpenComic, it's because the operating system stores as many read I/O operations as it can in RAM. It normally uses all available free RAM (in the system monitor it should appear as Standby/Cached), you would need to restart the computer for it to read 100% from the disk again and not from RAM.

It not the same that I experienced. Not like items in library empty, but "You click on library button, and instead of opening library page, OpenComic's waiting for 4+ secs before changing to library screen."

If you'd like to test it, here's a build from the latest master branch.

Will check it and report if anything is changed.

From what you're saying, it's exactly what I mentioned, when you click on the library button, before showing the files, OpenComic does what I described earlier to display all the thumbnails/posters instantly. This is not the same as when a thumbnail hasn't been generated yet and they appear gradually as they are created.
