Describe your suggested feature

So, I'm not sure if it's my mouse in general or OpenComic has bad compatibility with my PC/mouse, but 30-50% left clicks on left\right side for webtoon reading mode doesn't trigger scroll. For some reason it triggers behaviour as if I click AND HOLD button to drag cursor and scroll that way (like it usually for touchscreens, I guess). But I pretty much never use it (usually click or keyboard buttons) so it's kinda annoying to do multiple clicks to trigger single scroll.

For right click even if it triggers "HOLD" thing it still also triggers scroll on click. But it doesn't make sense to disable for left button and leave for right one, so I guess you could include right button in this "option to disable hold scrolling" as well.

Also right button hold scrolling needs a bit of tuning. Right now if you hold right button, move cursor to "scroll" (it a way like on touchscreen) and then release button in addition to scroll it also triggers context menu from right click. And you need to close context menu before you could use right hold to scroll again. Also, If you right hold button to scroll, and then release button when cursor in left/right area for "click to scroll" it will also triggers "click to scroll" function on button release. Which is probably why it works for right click in second paragraph. Because either click or hold triggers both scroll functions.
