Feature request: Grayscale checkbox as in iviewer

Having a grayscale checkbox, like to one for the HiLo LUT, would be very nice to have in order to ease workflows
Currently, to have grayscale, one can deactive all channels except the one of interest, and set the LUT to white.

I think that the HiLo LUT option in Figure serves the same functionality as the grayscale option in iviewer (but with a nicer LUT).
It's handy to be able to toggle the mode on and off again, but if you actually want your figure to show greyscale panels then I don't think it's so much to ask users to do that manually (I'm not sure that it needs a short-cut).

I worry that if we add short-cuts to things that normally take just a couple of clicks then the UI will get too complex without saving a huge amount of time.

That's close, indeed, but HiLo introduce the blue and red color, which are sometimes not wanted by users

I see your point and I agree with it. If the image has 3 channels, then greyscale panel can be easily achieved. However, when dealing with spatial transcriptomics data with 20+ channels, it becomes more tedious to activate/deactivate channels one by one. One option could be to add a show/hide all channels checkbox to easily hide all channels, and then one can select the channel of interest, change its LUT to white.
