Companion not recognised when directory is imported

Apparently if only the companion is imported everything is fine. But if the directory with the companions and tifs is imported, then all files are treated as individual images.

Have to test with CLI import to check if that's really an issue in Insight importer or on the Bioformats side.

That indeed seems to be a Bioformats issue, as cli import behaves the same.

Is there a full copy of the entire dataset that is failing to import correctly somewhere? There have been many iterations on the image.sc thread
