Re-enable strict checking #606
Description
As part of the upgrade of build.sh to work with the recently released htmlproofer 4.3.0, b0aa0e8 was the fastest way to get a green build and update the website.
Moving forward, we should consider removing these lenient options and updating the various locations in our website:
- making use of HTTP rather than HTTPS
- using
atags without a reference
