It would be interesting to have the option to save all queries made in the AI, and keep a history of this per book... Similar to the Zeeyado fork (which has been without updates for over a month).

I added a simple export functionality: If this setting is checked, the chat log is exported to a text file created in the same folder as the e-book. Since KOReader supports txt files, you can easily read, delete the chat log without the need for an external device.

To be able to take some quick notes which is compatible with the existing notebook structure, I created a small module: Quick Notes

They will be added at the end of the notebook file like a regular conversation with AI. And can be reached via a gesture ( also a quick menu ) or via the Assistant menu :

This "Quick Notes" concept is cool. I know that Koreader currently natively has the "Notes and Highlights" option when selecting text. But now that we have the option to create a structured .md file, I think it would be really useful to have a quick option to "highlight selected text in AI notes," like a quick button when selecting text. (Without interaction with the AI, actually. Just highlighting the text and adding it to the .md file)... It would be really cool to have an .md file with all the AI ​​interactions plus Notes and Highlights. And if it were possible to structure all of this with indexes, it would be perfect. (Highlights, AI interactions, Recap, X-ray, Notes. All separated in an index with date and time (in koreader's native language). Something like this would be possible, or would it be very complex.

Thank you very much, Omer. I think Assistant is becoming much more useful with all these new reading features, and I'm glad you implemented my ideas... I haven't had time to test the new features yet. But I think it would be interesting to offer new formats for Markdown formatting of highlights... (Markdown has so many visual formatting features, it's interesting how visually appealing it can be)... What do you think about using blockquote formatting for highlights? (Placing a > before lines of text.) It would look nice visually. (Or even offering the user the formatting they want when highlighting text.)
