Using the read part of the book in a custom question

I've added a feature I think will be particularly useful in the general question popup: When you check the relevant checkbox, the text read (the last part) specified in the config is now added to the question. This allows the AI ​​to use this part of the question to provide more precise answers. While some AI models are reluctant to answer due to copyright restrictions, I've seen quite good results with some AIs.

Although I'm not so sure about the Highlight popup, there is this checkbox there too, at least for now.
