Suggestions for improvements in language, menu and recap.

Thank you very much for this wonderful plugin!! I have some suggestions for improvements:

A menu option integrated into Koreader that allows you to choose: AI Provider, and Language (a global variable that can affect all options).

(It would be interesting if there was an option for a language.lua file, where we could write the plugin messages in our language as well).

The recap option is very good, but it would be interesting if, after displaying the recap up to the current %, it asked if the reader wanted a more in-depth recap, and a chapter-by-chapter summary.
