How to download a PDF file?

I'm trying to download a pdf from a one use link, when I access to the url the browser shows me the embeded view of the pdf and I don't know how to download the file.

What is the best way to download the file?

There is a way to set browser options to download automatically the pdf file? Like selenium with Chrome options (# "download.default_directory": self._download_directory, download.prompt_for_download": False, "download.directory_upgrade": True, "plugins.always_open_pdf_externally": True)
