xxhash package missing

I am trying to build borgbackup on omniOS and add testing on omniOS to our CI, but there is no libxxhash package available.

I noticed that the xxhash code is already in use by the rsync package, but it seems to be baked into rsync, not separately built as a library.

I previously tested borg on OpenIndiana (in a local vagrant/virtualbox VM), they already have a libxxhash package.

Could somebody please package libxxhash for omniOS?
